A Program for Aspiring Global Business Leaders

This triple degree is tailored to students who aspire to become future global business leaders and emphasizes the key drivers of management in global business environments. The program equips all students with critical and analytical skills as well as diverse abilities, such as teamwork and effective communication, that are essential for success across multiple cultural and business contexts.

Students will apply to the program and be accepted into the cohort during the first year of their undergraduate degree. Fifteen students from each institution will then form a cohort of 45 students for years 2 - 4 of their degree. Following the first year at their respective home institution, the cohort will study together first at Luiss University in Rome during the second year, Renmin University in Beijing during the third year, and finally at GW in year four. Students will have the opportunity to dive deep into the social and business cultures of three different continents by experiencing these historical global capitals as well as engage in the business cultures of these global cities.
