Nicole is the Manager for Global Bachelor's and Focus on Fall Abroad Community programs. As an undergraduate at American University, she spent a semester abroad in Rabat, Morocco. After earning a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Economics, she spent a year teaching English with AMIDEAST and third grade at the Rabat American School. She earned her Master of Arts in Arab Studies from Georgetown University in 2012. Her previous roles include serving as a Senior Academic Advisor for the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates and the GW School of Business.

Jerrika Anderson Edwards serves as the Program Coordinator for Inbound Exchange Programs. Jerrika completed her undergraduate degree at Scripps College earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. During her time at Scripps, Jerrika studied abroad in Dakar, Senegal where she got to witness the 2012 presidential election between incumbent Abdoulaye Wade and Macky Sall. Additionally, Jerrika has lived and worked in Nanjing and Shenzhen, China and Goyang, South Korea. Before joining the GW Community, Jerrika worked as a Program Specialist for the J-1 intern and trainee visa for a J-1 sponsorship provider.

Background

Piper Arnold is the Study Abroad Advisor for SEAS, GWSB, and MSPH students in the Office of Study Abroad. During her undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon, Piper spent a semester abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She then spent two years teaching abroad in Spain before completing her MA in International Education at American University. Piper loves to travel and has traveled independently to Chile, Colombia, Portugal, Turkey, Lithuania, Morocco, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Ireland, France, among others.

Jennifer Bhiro is the Program Assistant for the Short Term Abroad Programs and is the primary support and contact for the STAP programs. Jen graduated from GW with her BA in International Affairs and is a GW Madrid program alum, currently pursuing her MA in International Education. Prior to joining OSA, Jen spent four years at the Institute of International Education where she worked most recently as an outbound advisor for the Fulbright U.S. Student and Scholar Programs.

Background
Carly currently serves as the Study Abroad Advisor for CCAS and SMPA students in the Office for Study Abroad. As part of her undergraduate, graduate, and professional experiences, Carly has studied and/or worked in Cuba, Spain, Dominican Republic, Morocco, Italy, Portugal, and Poland. Carly received her Bachelor’s degree in Education and Spanish from Marquette University in 2015 and is currently finishing her Master’s degree in International Education here at GWU. She is currently working on research for social-emotional and psychosocial supports for Syrian refugees in Jordan. Prior to working with the GW community, Carly was a 2nd grade teacher in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Ally Croteau serves as the Global Bachelor's & Focus on Fall Abroad Community assistant and is a graduate student in GW’s International Education Program. Ally completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Vermont earning a BS in Secondary Education Mathematics. Before joining the GW community Ally independently taught English in Costa Rica and Peru and participated in short term trips to Ethiopia and Honduras.

Background

Tyler helps manage the GW Study Programs in Chile, England, France, and Spain. She completed a semester abroad in Valencia, Spain, a short term study program in Cholula, Mexico, and a service trip to Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Before GW, Tyler worked many years in language and culture training for State Department and military personnel in preparation for their overseas assignments to countries including Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Thailand.
