Program Description:

GW Argentina
 International Business Program at UTDT


Is this the program for me?

  • BA florTake four IBUS courses in English that allow you to complete your IBUS course concentration in one semester abroad
  • Take classes at the Universidad Torcuato di Tella (UTDT), and complete all coursework in English with GW and Argentine students
  • Learn about conducting business in South America and Argentina through coursework and company site visits
  • Students have the support of GW faculty, UTDT faculty, and  the UTDT international student's office
  • Gain an insider's view of Argentine life through living with host families, contact with Argentine classmates, and program excursions and activities

Course Offerings

Students take a total of 4 IBUS courses + one Spanish course:

  •     IBUS 3201 International Marketing (3 credits)
  •     IBUS 3301 International Business Finance (3 credits)
  •     IBUS 4303 International Monetary and Financial Issues (3 credits)
  •     IBUS 4900 Doing Business in Argentina (3 credits)
  •     SPAN 1099 Spanish Language Course (3 credits)

*IBUS course offerings vary each semester
*Successful completion of IBUS 3001 and BADM 2201 is required for this program
